In Episode #4 of “The Journey,” Myles trains with former Navy SEAL, professional competition shooter, and performance shooting coach Fred Ruiz.
Fred is a qualified Naval Special Warfare Sniper and small unit tactics subject matter expert. In addition to teaching SEALs, he has taught private shooting and tactics courses nationally for civilians, law enforcement, and other military service members.
In Episode #4 of “The Journey,” Fred hones in on Myles's pistol fundamentals as he teaches him performance shooting techniques to improve his shooting speed and accuracy, which also apply to shooting in defensive situations.
